A sophisticated landmark in uptown Waterloo, the park is located in view of the historic Seagram distillery and close to two distillery warehouses converted into condominiums.

Our design features a swathe of ornamental grasses divided by boardwalks, alluding to fields of grain used in the distilling process. Large-scale industrial artifacts have been re-purposed as sculptural pieces. Designed as a catalyst for downtown revitalization, the park has encouraged a higher level of design in the area, and attracted new residents and development to the neighbourhood.
