Called “the intersection where heritage meets futurescape,” FIVE Condos at 5 St. Joseph is one of the most extensive restorations ever done in Toronto.

Formerly an historic warehouse, the building has been transformed into a 45-storey condominium featuring a stellar amenity terrace and various building terraces. The streetscape design integrates a new work of public art entitled ‘Artifacts of Memory’ by Eldon Garnet.
