10 Prince Arthur is One of Toronto’s Favourite New Buildings

🏆10 Prince Arthur has been voted Toronto’s favourite new building (6–7 storey category) in Urban Toronto’s 12th Annual Year-End Poll.

Where the Annex meets Yorkville, 10 Prince Arthur is a terraced condominium that weaves neighbourhood history into contemporary living through the careful integration of a relocated heritage property.

The landscape design draws from the neighbourhood’s historic character, translating it into above-grade terraces, an elegant streetscape along Prince Arthur Avenue, and an amenity garden courtyard with a sculptural planter and bold floral display.

The design meets Toronto Green Standard (TGS) requirements and incorporates soil cells, permeable paving, rainwater collection, irrigation reuse, and a green roof to support long-term sustainability.
