JRS is pleased to share that the Alexandra Park Revitalization has received a Global Award for Excellence in the Equitable Development Category from the Urban Land Institute. Of the nine Global Awards winners, Alexandra Park was the only Canadian community to earn this prestigious honour. The project team also won the ULI North Americas Award of Excellence earlier this summer. The award was the result of overall excellence, including achievements in community partnerships, marketplace acceptance, design, planning, technology, amenities, economic impact, management, community engagement, innovation, and sustainability.
