Deer Park Church Rehabilitation Receives a 2025 Heritage Toronto Award

The Deer Park Church Rehabilitation has received a 2025 Heritage Toronto Award in the Heritage Revival Through Adaptive Reuse category!

Built in 1912 as Deer Park Presbyterian Church by Sharp and Brown Architect, the building’s heritage façade was carefully restored by ERA Architecture and Diamond Schmidt Architects and its roof was removed to create an open-air courtyard.

JRS was the landscape architect for this project, and we were involved in all aspects of the landscape for the Foxbar Collection, including the Blue Diamond Condominium, the Deer Park Church Rehabilitation, and The Foxbar Townhomes within the Imperial Village master-planned community.

Congratulations to all of the winners of the 2025 Heritage Toronto Awards! More information can be found through the following link.
