Great to be a part of the 1UP Conference ‘Building and Belonging’!

It was amazing to be a mentor at the 1UP Youth City-Building Conference ‘Building and Belonging’ in Toronto this past weekend.

The conference challenged high school students from across the GTA to explore the intersection of innovation and social equity in urban development. As a conference mentor, JRS had the opportunity to work closely with students, guiding them through the design thinking process. By sharing our knowledge and experience, we supported them in shaping their vision for a new Privately Owned Public Space (POPs) and Community Space in the heart of Mount Dennis.
