Congratulations to Superkül and Pencil Design for winning the 2025 AZ Awards People’s Choice: Residential Interiors for House on the Park! The awards praised the design team for preserving the interior and exterior character of the renovated historic Edwardian home, elegantly balancing the home’s original details with its modernized interior features.

Reflecting the architectural renovations by Superkül and the refined interiors by Pencil Design, the gardens at House on the Park echo this balance, seamlessly blending traditional planting styles with contemporary garden elements to create a cohesive modern family home rooted in heritage.

The awards were presented last night at the AZ Awards Gala held at the Evergreen Brick Works. JRS was proud to be the landscape architect for the project.
