JRS Founding Principal Janet Rosenberg joined architect Heather Dubbledam to discuss how well-designed buildings and public spaces can improve our lives on CBC Saskatchewan’s Blue Sky with Leisha Grebinski on November 22. Listen below!
Nov. 21, 2023: How can a building make us happy?
It’s design week in Saskatchewan and some of the best and brightest from across the country are here talking about how well-designed buildings and public spaces can improve our lives and yes – even make us happier. Host Leisha Grebinski also took us on a tour of Firehall No.5 in Saskatoon to learn how the hall creates a family type environment where firefighters can decompress after stressful experiences. We were joined by architects Heather Dubbledam and Janet Rosenberg.
Janet will speak at SK Design Week in Saskatoon on the critical role landscape architecture plays in the pursuit of a more sustainable, equitable, and resilient future at 7 pm on Wednesday, November 22. The talk is free, open to the public, and available to stream virtually.
