The project involves stratgic partnerships between TCHC and market developers to both redevelop the public housing rental units and introduce market buildings. Phase 1 is a 4-acre project with Tridel comprised of two market condominiums (SQ1 and SQ2 by Teeple Architects) and 61 TCHC townhomes (by Levitt Goodman Architects). The landscape components of Phase 1 includes streetscapes, public realm open space and resident amenity spaces (both at grade and above grade).
