10 Prince Arthur is a stepped 7-storey condominium that incorporates the preservation and relocation of a heritage house in Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood. Drawing from the neighbourhood’s historic character, the landscape design includes an elegant streetscape along Prince Arthur Avenue, private at-grade landscapes, above-grade terraces, an amenity garden courtyard with a sculptural planter and bold floral display, and a green roof.

The front at-grade garden features a formal layout, with symmetrical and clean lines, and a well-structured arrangement of plants, including trees (sugar maples, Ginkgo biloba, Ironwood and London Plane), boxwood shrubs, beech hedges, Japanese yews, and a variety of hardy perennials. The above-grade terraces include red bud trees and boxwood shrubs.

The design meets Toronto Green Standard (TGS) requirements and incorporates soil cells, permeable paving, rainwater collection, irrigation reuse, and a green roof to support long-term sustainability.
