Atria is a multi-phased master-planned residential community that includes four condominium towers (TRIO A & B, ALTO, and Parkside), streetscapes, at-grade retail, amenity terraces, green roofs, and a new public park. The project developed by Dorsay Development Corporation and Tridel is targeting Toronto Green Standard Tier 2 and LEED Silver. The new park, dedicated to the City of Toronto, was built as a south and north phase over several years. The north end of the park includes play structures, seating, and shade pavilions, while the south end provides more flexible park open space. In the north part of the park, a colorful rubberized play surface is accented by red and blue play equipment, and the area is scattered with playful benches that resemble polished pebbles. The south park provides areas of open lawn, planting, and picnic tables.
