JRS is working in collaboration with architect Moshe Safdie and Great Gulf on the Monde Condominium, adjacent to Sherbourne Park, in the growing East Bayfront community along Toronto’s waterfront.

Monde, with its “Gardens in the Sky” design philosophy, will be a landmark for the waterfront. The project features an animated public plaza lining the adjacent park and a podium level amenity terrace pool designed by Janet Rosenberg & Studio gives the illusion of blending with the crystal blue waters of Lake Ontario beyond.
