10 Prince Arthur and Aqualuna Recognized in UrbanToronto’s Best of 2025!

JRS is pleased to share that 10 Prince Arthur and Aqualuna at Bayside were recognized as winners in UrbanToronto’s 12th Annual Year-End Readers’ Poll of Favourite New Buildings completed in 2025.

UrbanToronto’s annual readers’ poll engages a national community of more than 30,000 urbanists and industry professionals. This year 121 projects were considered across a range of height categories.

10 Prince Arthur, a boutique condominium in Toronto’s Annex, was selected as the winner in the 6–7 storey category. Designed by Richard Wengle Architect Inc. for North Drive Investments, the project integrates a preserved heritage house into a contemporary residential development with formal terraced gardens. Aqualuna at Bayside, designed by 3XN with Kirkor Architects and Planners for Tridel and Hines, received top honours in the 16–19 storey category, contributing to the evolving public realm along Toronto’s waterfront.
