JRS & Partisans project called the “New Poster Child for Sustainable Design”

Designed in collaboration with Partisans, 1925 Victoria Park Road in Scarborough will be the first privately developed Tier 4 (or net-zero) building under the Toronto Green Standard. Featuring prefab wood construction, a bright internal courtyard with softscape planting, exterior corridors bordered by a ‘green mesh’, intensive green roofs, and natural ventilation to reduce carbon emissions, the proposed residential building has been called “New Poster Child for Sustainable Design.” (Treehugger)
