Kìwekì Point recognized with the 2025 CSLA Jury’s Award of Excellence

Kìwekì Point – Big River Landscape has been recognized with the 2025 Jury’s Award of Excellence from the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA)!
Kìwekì Point re-envisions one of the most spectacular lookouts in Canada’s Capital Region into an inclusive and biodiverse 21st-century Canadian landscape. Located adjacent to the National Gallery, the destination park invites visitors to reconnect with the area’s layered natural and cultural heritage, shaped by the Kichi Zibi/Ottawa River.
The 2025 Awards of Excellence recognize preeminent examples of Canadian landscape architecture and will be celebrated during the Awards Gala at the 2025 CSLA-OALA Congress in Ottawa on June 7, 2025.
