Designed with the environment and sustainability in mind, Blythwood at Huntington is comprised of two low rise condominium phases in Toronto’s luxurious Lawrence Park.

The residences blend into the ravine setting as part of a vision to provide an upscale atmosphere. Green roofs and the ecological restoration of the bordering Sherwood Park Ravine were key components of the Studio’s design. The Studio successfully negotiated approvals with the municipality, the conservation authority, adjacent landowners, and rate payers groups ensuring the development met stringent design requirements.
