T3 Sterling Road featured in Award Magazine

T3 Sterling Road, recently featured in the December 2023 issue of Award Magazine, is a creative office campus stretching across several mass-timber buildings in Toronto’s lower Junction neighbourhood.

As landscape architect, our scope to date has included a flexible and green public realm strategy, rooftop amenity terraces for tenants, and green roofs for two buildings. The project includes a large open space that will be activated year-round in partnership with MOCA (the Museum of Contemporary Art). The landscape includes inviting outdoor spaces with fixed seating and plantings. The design is contemporary with nods to the industrial heritage of the area.

The west and east buildings are now occupied, and landscape construction is nearing completion. JRS is pleased to be working on the landscape for a further mass-timber building and POPS currently in approvals. Future development blocks will further shape the connected neighbourhood.
