Team JRS Runs the 2026 Pride & Remembrance Run!

Happy Pride! This past Saturday, June 27th, JRS participated in Toronto’s Pride & Remembrance Run for the 5th year in a row.

Celebrating 30 years of community, courage, and celebration, this event raises funds for important 2SLGBTQ+ organizations in the GTA including:

• The 519
• Canvas Programs
• Casey House
• The Pride and Remembrance Foundation

This year, Jessica Hutcheon’s children took part in the kids run for the 2nd year, while Todd Douglas, Rebecca Martin, Bernardo Velasco, Emiley Switzer-Martell, Bang Wang and Mary Dube ran the 5k!
