464–470 Queen Street West Engagement Sessions Underway!

Over the past several weeks, JRS and Trophic Design have been sharing conceptual design options for the new park at 464–470 Queen Street West through various engagement sessions led by the City of Toronto’s Parks & Recreation Community Engagement team. These sessions included an Indigenous Sharing Circle with members of the Indigenous community, as well as a presentation to the Community Advisory Committee supported by a series of interactive activities designed to gather meaningful feedback on the different approaches to placemaking.

At the heart of each concept is a shared pursuit: creating a memorable park that reflects the story, energy, and sense of belonging unique to Queen West. Shout out to Josh Bowman and William Skura for leading productive, fun, and impactful events!
