The Dixie Outlet Mall is a 35.5 acre site located at Dixie Road and the Queen Elizabeth Highway (QEW) in south east Mississauga. The site is strategically located with easy access to the highway and the lakeshore, as well as close proximity to Lakeview Golf Course and Toronto Golf Club, and is accessible by public transit routes.

The vision is to transform a 100% concrete site into a vibrant 21st century mixed-use community with tree-lined pathways, accessible green space and trails. Consideration for families, safety and how we design outdoor spaces are priorities of ours. We will be working with the City and the local community to determine what type of dedicated park space is needed to support the creation of a new public realm that beautifies and restores. The Dixie Mall Revelopment plan includes three mixed-use buildings that will provide over 1,200 new residential homes, including a range of suite types and sizes designed to cater to a diverse set of incomes, ages, and life stages, retail and recreational opportunities, as well as 3.5-acres of park space and publicly accessible lands. The development includes a strong public realm strategy featuring new pedestrian connections and multi-modal trails within the site, park space and improved access to existing trails and parks in the area, POPS, gardens, and plazas, encouraging both active and passive recreation, walkability, and accessibility.

The project has been submitted for OPA and Rezoning Approval. An initial quadrant of the proposed site master plan is currently advancing.
