In a strategic effort to enhance the desirability of two large rental apartment towers located at 225 and 77 Davisville Avenue in Toronto, Greenrock Property Management Ltd sought out Janet Rosenberg & Studio to revitalize the landscape areas surrounding the two buildings. The landscape work coincided with a re-waterproofing of the underground parking garage slabs which had reached the end of their lifespan. The landscape design improves the aesthetics and functional uses of the space and properly showcases the unique sculpture collection of the owner, Al Green, who also founded the Al Green Sculpture School and Studio.

JRS collaborated with Halsall Associates to develop details, including water features, walkways, planting beds and lighting, which give this green roof space the feeling of a parkland sculpture garden. The Studio developed the master plan concept for the projects, and executed phases from schematic design through design development, construction documents and contract administration.
