Islington Terrace is a multi-tower (Islington Terrace, Bloor Vista and Bloor Promenade) master planned community located at Islington Ave and Bloor St W, near Islington Subway Station in Etobicoke. The project was design by Kirkor Architects with interior design by II BY IV, and landscape architecture by Janet Rosenberg & studio.

The complex is connected by a two-story, podium level central lobby and 50,000 sq. ft. of outdoor family-friendly amenity space, including playful spaces with a range of structures and play elements, a splash pad, and a large shade pavilion with outdoor cooking, BBQ, dining and lounging areas. Organic seat walls create alcoves for play, surrounded by intensive green roof areas including a mix of perennials, shrubs and trees. A bold striped paving pattern adds visual interest to this large and flexible outdoor amenity space for residents.

At street level, a tree-lined allee welcomes visitors to a formal entry courtyard, while a terraced garden and ramp provide a pedestrian friendly and accessible link from Islington Terrace to the Islington TTC Station.

The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
